Having successfully completed the structural work it’s time to get on with turning this into a great living space!
The client wanted to make the best of the ground floor space in order to install a new kitchen diner. A very complicated job which involved the removal of the load bearing walls and supporting the structure with new steels to create the space required for the new kitchen.
We waited a week after laying the base screed to apply a natural, pigmented lime finish floor by hand. Lime can be unpredictable by nature and can be affected by ambient temperatures and weather conditions.. in this case, the workforce were back on site at 1am to ensure the perfect finish!
