This is one of our longer term projects
The client is keen to restore this property to its former glory. These pictures are just the start. First we have to carefully remove the old rotten timbers and walls. Ready for the next phase.
In this case we are working on a Grade 2 Listed Farmhouse St Buryan about five miles west of Penzance.

After the rip out and the steels go in. We can then start the rebuild.
The new ceilings being insulated and battened.
This is the second coat of lime – the scratch coat.
Now we are ready for the finish coat..
