Brief
This project required Duncan at Oak Ridge Natural Build to EPC rating B property SIPS panels for energy saving and insulation.

Having worked with Duncan of Oak Ridge Natural Build on a previous development project, I had absolutely no doubt in his and his team’s ability to carry out the specialist works required for my new eco development.
The project was largely constructed using prefabricated SIPS which were craned onto site and put together to form a water tight structure within one week of delivery. The SIPS once in place were then battened for airflow and then fixed with cement board ready to receive the flexible K-rend finish. I had a very specific textured finish that I was trying to achieve along with some particularly detailed vaulted ceilings within the building which again Duncan and his team delivered to an exacting standard.
The finished project was completed on time and awarded a very high ‘B’ rating for it’s EPC.
I am about to embark on my third development and I have no doubt that Duncan will be part of the construction team.
I have recommended Oak Ridge Natural Build to friends and family in the past and would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Oak Ridge to anybody that requires a trustworthy and conscientious service.
